Ordered a hybrid utility style kilt in Campbell tartan along with add on cargo pockets. Kilt fits great and is finished well. Unlike some inexpensive costume kilts, the fabric on this is sufficiently heavy to not require pressing every day to remove wrinkles, the edges are clean, and the pleats look good. I don’t actually think I’ll need the extra pockets though as the kilt already has great capacity. Still, the add on pockets come with leather loops and chains and match up to the kilt tartan really well.

Glad i went with the hybrid kilt instead of the regular version. Not that their regular ones are bad, just that the added/built in pockets are that much better.

I wear a kilt every day and have 10 of you kilts. I have noticed the style changes over time for the hybrid kilt. I have to commend your products overall. I do have suggestions that would improve the quality of the garment. Since I wear the kilts more than you anticipated a buyer would some simple reinforcement of key points would be beneficial. I add heavy stitching at these points when I receive a new kilt. Sometimes the flaps are not sewn together at all where the pocket top meets the flap

I actually have two of these hybrid kilts now. (2 different ancestry tartans) Love the quality and the fit. I got both of mine with the velcro closure because I use them as "after sports event" wear and I didn't want to deal with belts when I'm trying to do a quick change and get on the road again. The fabric, quality of craftmanship and the customer service are great.

I do like the way Atlanta Kilts designed the 3rd buckle in the waist! A couple of things I didn't care for was the inside apron hangs lower than the front apron and the front apron was sewn at an angle that causes it to curl up when worn It is wearable though. Not really happy with it but it is an utility kilt. I will not order from this company any due to quality control issues.
