Return Policy
We will replace, repair, or refund-upon-return any unsuitable product we sell within 30 days of purchase.
Rental Return Policy
We expect customers to ship outfits back by the end of the first business day after the event. For weddings, the responsibility should be delegated to someone besides the bride and groom.  Credit card payment is due before we ship the outfits to you.  If we do not have the rental items back within 5 business days after your event 20% of the rental fee of the unreturned items will be charged, and 10% for every business day after the 5th day, up to the cost of the unreturned items.
